EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:
- Any full or part-time position that has been posted on the TSI website is eligible for $250-$500 referral bonus based upon the position hired. (Please contact HR for further details)
- Any employee on Technical Strategies Inc. (TSI) payroll can participate with the exception of TSI executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department, and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening or any employee involved in the hiring process. Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus.
- You will receive your bonus after the new employee has completed billable hours for 180 consecutive business days. Both you and the new employee must be employed by TSI at the time of the bonus payment
